City of Raleigh (COR) Museum

The City of Raleigh (COR) Museum is a local history museum located in the center of downtown Raleigh, in the historic Briggs Hardware Building on Fayetteville Street. The museum's tag line of "Then. Now. Next." explains how the museum seeks to introduce visitors to the past, and how people and culture have built the City we experience today, brings today's issues to light through programming and exhibits of contemporary interest, and helps engage young and old alike in exploring how the decisions we make today will shape the community of the future.

Hours:
Tuesday through Saturday 9 am-4 pm
Sunday 1 pm-4 pm

The Museum is open First Fridays of every month until 9 pm for the Raleigh Art Walk.
