Ephraim Historical Foundation

The Ephraim Historical Foundation (EHF) preserves and sustains the history of Ephraim through its historic collections and its buildings. Visitors enjoy free admission to the EHF’s Anderson Barn, Anderson Store, Pioneer Schoolhouse, and Goodletson Cabin museums. Visitors can learn about Ephraim’s history through the EHF’s Classic Tram and Historic Walking Tours, as well as the community’s Moravian heritage through the EHF’s Heritage Tram Tour and the free Moravian Church and Iverson House Experience. The EHF also operates the Svalhus Research Library, where visitors can conduct research on local history and genealogy using EHF archival resources, including books, newspapers, and other collections. Additionally, the EHF educates and enlightens its members and guests with free programs, including Child’s Play, Schoolroom Lessons, Sunday SingAlongs, and History Speaks.
